Our room had a nice balcony, and the bedding was so cozy, feeling like a fancy hotel 😊. It was great just chilling in there.

The staff was courteous and helpful. the location is marvelous and incredible, just a short distance from the University of North Carolina. Additionally, there are many restaurants and stores nearby, including the fabulous Crunkleton Club right across the street.

The room at Graduate Chapel Hill was tastefully decorated and modern with comfortable Hilton bedding. the location is fantastic - great for walking around Ackland Art Museum. the service and ease of stay make it a comfortable place to be during your visit.

The Franklin is a wonderful hotel. The rooms - I've stayed in two different ones - are spacious as are the bathrooms. The linens both on the bed and in the bathroom are luxurious. Nice touches throughout such as a comfy throw on the sofa or armchair and a thick terry robe. Having a small refrigerator is a nice convenience.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.
